Grew and led a $4.2M national real estate portfolio with 35M sq. ft. under management in 28 states. Set up SOPs to establish systems for best-in-class property and asset management and created an expert team to lead the onboarding of acquired assets and staff to Triple Net Properties. Oversaw a $57M capital improvement budget, selected and directed 3rd-party management teams, and built a high-caliber team of 200. VALUE DELIVERED ⇒ Steered the property management division through rapid growth, acquiring an additional 27M sq. ft. of office, industrial, and mixed-use space in portfolio and expanded division staff from 8 to 200+. ⇒ Created a national in-house Construction and Engineering department to manage the maintenance, repairs, property assessments, and capital improvements for the company’s portfolio of properties. ⇒ Led the asset management team in the oversight of 12M sq. ft. of government-leased space.
