Work closely with all members of the HR team, both corporate and field-based, and with all levels of management to recommend and implement compensation and benefits programs that support the goals of the organization and of the Human Resource function, and that help to attract, retain and reward our employees. Ensures compliance with all legal and other requirements of employee compensation and benefit programs. Collaborate to ensure a forward view of any legislative impacts, regulatory issues, program offerings or any potential cost saving opportunities in compensation and benefits offerings.
