Treating patients in a rehab facility as a PRN, PTA; responsibilities include patient transfers, gait and balance training, therapeutic exercise to increase cardio and muscle endurance, assistive device training and adjustments, restoring normal range of motion after surgery, bed positioning and mobility. Completing all documentation consistently within the same business day and with the required narrative form to support proper reimbursement.

Conducting demographic surveys for the federal government. Responsible for Ada county region. Responsible for building rapport with respondents to achieve 100% completion of survey work while working with respondents of all ages and demographic backgrounds in a professional manner. Responsible for completing and maintaining all documentation of survey results in a timely manner, monitoring transmissions and workload to meet department goals and deadlines.

Supervised children under the age of 18 while they participated in various social activities in the community. Worked one on one with disabled children including autism, cerebral palsy, downs syndrome, and sensory processing disorder. Instructed children on the correct use of assistive devices including wheelchairs, forearm crutches, hemi walker, and prosthetics. Maintained all neccessary reocrds and documnetation with in a timely manner. Participated in team meetings and activities.
