As the Cardiology Services Supervisor, I mentor, guide, and instruct my direct reports in ordinance with the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission. I work to ensure that all employees are trained to established guidelines and can provide superior medical services to all patients within our organization.In addition to conducting employee training, I also monitor the performance of all employees, providing valuable feedback into operational functions and actions. This allows my personnel to identify areas of improvement and implement system resolutions. As a registered sonographer, RDCS and RVT, I perform multiple services and procedures. Some of these include adult echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, carotid duplex scans, peripheral vascular ultrasounds, ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablations, stress testing and electrocardiograms.

During my tenure as the Cardiology Department Supervisor, I provided superior leadership while supporting operations. I managed multiple manpower functions, where I was in charge of onboarding new employees. This included providing detailed background information on the organization, details on the job that each person was to perform, and company expectations. I was also responsible for employee training. With this, I developed and facilitated comprehensive trainings so that all personnel maintained compliance with all guidelines and regulations.I also conducted employee evaluations in order to assign personnel to departments and shifts where they would be the most beneficial to the organization. This took into account their background, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition, I performed various operations to support the organization, including overseeing preventive maintenance cycles on all equipment.
