I am currently a senior undergraduate student in the Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware pursuing an Honors Degree in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics with a Operations Management Concentration. During this time I have gained skills in analytics and technology including Excel, Python, R, Salesforce, SQL, and more.In my current role as a Sports Analytics Intern with University of Delaware Sports Science and Analytics, I have gained hands-on experience collecting, analyzing, and describing data. I also have database experience with Lerner Career Services, where I developed python code to clean survey data, create a database of the response, and flag non-respondents to be contacted. My summer internship experiences have provided me with a strong understanding of operations and customer engagement in the sports industry. During my role as an Operations Intern with the Jr. 76er's, I developed systems to increase the speed of uniform and merchandise, and helped coordinate weekly bus transportation campers and staff. With the Wilmington Rocks I had a customer facing role in ticket sales and event execution which strengthened my communication ability and understanding of how to pivot in fast-paced environments. I am also involved with leadership on campus with the business fraternity Delta Sigma PI where I am the Vice President of Scholarships and Awards. Within the fraternity I have connected with other high-achieving and driven future business leaders, and with my position I am able to provide academic resources, support, and scholarship opportunities.I am always learning and adapting to new situations which I am excited to continue as my professional journey progresses.
