I am responsible for providing HR services enabled through innovative deployment of technology for an employee population of 10,000+. Our team's focus is about positively impacting the employee experience, developing sustainable, effective, and efficient ways to enable our employees and people leaders to utilize HR services, developed programs, and trainings. Through leading a highly collaborative and talented team of HR & technology professionals, we have deployed Workday and an HR Shared Services System across the globe. Through the expansion of my function, we are now providing HR service delivery across the Americas addressing the needs of an employee population with limited access to technology while driving a self-service model and achieving the service standards expected by our employees. Using objective data to manage our solutions while continuously improving HR services. I am responsible for global talent mobility, talent acquisition(all employee types & levels) for the US & Mexico, and the deployment of Workday in US, LATAM, China, and EMEA.
