Current⮚ Maintain and grow the Americas wellbeing program incentives to support employee health, encourage preventive care, increase engagement and reduce costs for JLL⮚ Oversee the wellbeing budget inclusive of U.S. wellbeing program such as mental health app, bike discount program, mental health first aid, health champion spending⮚ Evaluate and improve existing program offerings through research, best practices and RFP process⮚ Day-to day oversite of charitable giving platform; approves employee donation match requests, volunteer events and giving opportunities⮚ Drive communication strategy to maximize awareness and participation in partner offerings and programs⮚ Created Health Rewards program design; weighted to navigate employees to resources that combat top medical claims and more opportunities for engagement ⮚ Oversee Health Rewards payout.
