I founded BioSource Staffing in 2006 after working for two other firms. Our specialty is helping start-up to mid-size companies build or expand their sales, managed markets, and leadership teams. We have also built MSL teams and successfully filled positions in regulatory affairs, government affairs, and manufacturing. As of 2021, I have enjoyed 25 years of recruiting in the BioPharma industry.
I was offered an opportunity to join this firm to continue my successful career in BioPharma recruiting and build a business from the ground floor. I added to my previous years of success and was able to continue assisting clients with the build-out of their teams. I grew more confident in my approach to the business and paved my own way. This was a very exciting time in my career.
