Her unique skills and leadership in various recruiting realms have consistently yielded high growth in direct-hire placements among teams, high client retention and rapid job placements for mid-level to executive roles.Shannon’s personable and strategic approach stems from her extensive educational background. She holds several degrees: a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of New Orleans, and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. Her passion for applying sound methodology in recruiting, led to her time at the Adler School of Professional Psychology where she taught a course in Research Methods, and additional coursework for The Chicago School of Professional Psychology’s Business Psychology PhD program.
