With over 10 years of experience in higher education, teaching, and leadership, I am the Senior Director of TRIO Pre-College Programs at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree and have expertise in designing and delivering effective and engaging programming for underrepresented and disadvantaged students.In my current role, I provide administrative oversight to six federal grant programs that serves just over 1,887 participants annually. I manage multiple teams and projects across different locations and platforms, and build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders. I am passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students and staff, and advancing the mission and vision of UCO and TRIO.
