• Act as a liaison between clients, vendors and Advisors. Manage calls from existing and potential clients, scheduled appointments and all travel plans, and, provide continuous calendar updates by syncing information to Advisor’s mobile devices • Responsible for creating, submitting and tracking all paperwork for financial transfers (Charles Schwab, Fidelity ,National Financial Services New York Life, Nationwide )• Overseeing and verifying stock, mutual funds and ETF trades placed within accounts • Provide mutual fund tax reportable information, up-to-date market information and investigated shareholder’s questions and comments concerning their individual accounts.• Prepare reports, letters financial statements and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets and database, presentation software for the CEO of Eagle West Group• Responsible for the updating and enhancing of the marketing materials given to customers• Acted as a gateway for all correspondence sent to the President• Made sure all Required Minimum Distributions were complete
