My favorite part of being a coach is the coaching sessions that I get to have with my clients. I love using the Core Energy Coaching process and tools like the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment and Positive Intelligence to help leaders at every level increase their impact, step into their full potential, and connect with their deeper purpose.Being a coach has helped me find greater meaning in my work and lean into my strengths, specifically my ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, create positive change, and foster personal and professional growth. With nearly 700 coaching hours completed, my diverse clients encompass sales and product leaders in fast-growing startups, managers in publicly traded companies, entrepreneurs, and local nonprofit leaders. The one quality that unites them all is their desire to understand themselves at a deeper level so that they can show up more authentically and increase their fulfillment.
