Responsible for assisting Management throughout Clinical Trial life cycle Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout Phases of study management regarding both protocol and data management.

Assist the Director with the preparation of reports, special projects and data collection as needed.

Collect, organize, and analyze detailed data using both statistical and other means as designated. Design appropriate research processes and measurement tools. Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries. Providing real-time advice for both executives and management in corporate decision-making processes to implement firm-wide initiatives in the short term and long term.

Manage all clients involved with eye tracking studies, including web, film, television and advertising studiesDesign all aspects of study directly with client, including bid, proposal, study methodologies, field research and other user research methodsOversee project timeline integrating client needs into pre-defined project expectations, schedule and budget.Analyze study findings prepare and present reports to clients

-Operate Biometric and Eye Tracking technology to capture audiences’ emotional responses -Set up live viewing of biometric signals for quality assurance -Post process large quantities of participant biometric data to ensure final algorithmic calculations are supported by accurate and unbiased measurements -Validate results of moment by moment analysis of audiences’ emotional response to media stimuli -Record multi-segmented demographic information to ensure study demographic balance -Evaluate self-report surveys for validation of final report -Work with project team to create deliverables in final report -Understanding multiple study designs -Shopper’s Insight -Web Usability -Likeability -Print -Client management at test during testing procedures -Experience in user interface design for websites, software, and web-based applications -Field management of project studies domestically and abroad at shared labs, including facility and equipment coordination, test scheduling and training new staff
