At Oracle, we are people committed to helping people help their people — which is why I know my job matters, after all — we are all just people!I have been in the HCM space for nearly 20 years spending over 11 years with Aon Hewitt, a large consulting firm (by way of acquisition: Exult to Hewitt to Aon to Aon Hewitt), where I led a team specializing in diversifying and expanding our HR product offerings to meet the unique needs of our large-scale Human Resource Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO) clients and developing the framework to measure and monitor the overall success of those solutions. After leaving Aon Hewitt, I had the fortune of furthering my experience with several HCM technology start-ups and point solutions such as Montage, in the video talent acquisition space (now ModernHire), PeopleDoc, the first HR Service Delivery and employee file management solution purpose built for human resources, where I cultivated the partnership that led to their acquisition by Ultimate Software (now UKG), Reflektive, a real time performance management platform now part of PeopleFluent and LTG, and most recently, prior to joining Oracle, at Leapgen, focusing on helping our clients prepare for the future of work through development and implementation of anti-fragile digital transformation strategies.
