Responsible for DEI strategy, execution, and OKRs across a 14-state territory. I co-led several national initiatives and bespoke events focused on talent acquisition, business growth, communications, leadership development, and community building. HIGHLIGHTS:• Key member of Women’s and Multicultural Leadership Summit planning committees, overseeing practice management content and event experience design for 500 financial advisors and leaders.• Created Pathways Internship program in 2021, quadrupling entry-level diverse hiring results over a 3-year period, including curriculum design, mentorship program, recruiting & retention strategy, and community engagement.• Coached and mentored financial advisors in the areas of client acquisition, personal branding, practice management, inclusive leadership development, and effective communications.• Co-led the Regional Manager Assessment Center, responsible for curriculum, competency design and role play assessments.• Led the chapter expansion initiative of Women@MS, growing from one founding chapter to 50+ nationally in 2 years.

Served as Chief Administrative Officer on a team of Managing Directors responsible for the oversight and operations of 1,200+ Financial Advisors in 70 branch locations across 9 states. In addition to being a key driver of cross-functional partnerships, I also directly supervised an executive administration staff of 20+, and crafted regional communications with an audience of 2,000+ employees. Supported regional operations & oversight through one of the largest mergers in U.S. financial services history.

As a key member of the leadership team, I managed a support staff team of 30, with a full range of responsibilities in recruiting, onboarding, development, and supervision, while providing administrative oversight for a branch with 92 Financial Advisors and annual revenues of $30 million.

I led and organized marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives for six branch offices in the Greater-Milwaukee area. I was also solely responsible for planning and executing an annual Financial Advisor continuing education forum with an operating budget of $200k.
