• Responsible for DEI strategy, execution, and OKRs across a 14-state territory. I co-led several national initiatives and bespoke events focused on talent acquisition, business growth, communications, leadership.
• Key member of Women’s and Multicultural Leadership Summit planning committees, overseeing practice management content and event experience design for 500 financial advisors and leaders.
• Created Pathways Internship program in 2021, quadrupling entry-level diverse hiring results over a 3-year period, including curriculum design, mentorship program, recruiting & retention strategy, and community.
• Coached and mentored financial advisors in the areas of client acquisition, personal branding, practice management, inclusive leadership development, and effective communications.
• Co-led the Regional Manager Assessment Center, responsible for curriculum, competency design and role play assessments.

Served as Chief Administrative Officer on a team of Managing Directors responsible for the oversight and operations of 1,200+ Financial Advisors in 70 branch locations across 9 states. In addition to being a key driver of cross-functional partnerships, I also directly supervised an executive administration staff of 20+, and crafted regional communications.

Greater Chicago Area

As a key member of the leadership team, I managed a support staff team of 30, with a full range of responsibilities in recruiting, onboarding, development, and supervision, while providing administrative oversight for a branch with 92 Financial Advisors and annual revenues of $30 million.

Greater Milwaukee Area

I led and organized marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives for six branch offices in the Greater-Milwaukee area. I was also solely responsible for planning and executing an annual Financial Advisor continuing education forum with an operating budget of $200k.
