I recently graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in management. I am an aspiring PMP recipient and a member of the Project Management Institute. My most recent experience was in B2B and B2C Customer Experience at Toadfish, which allowed me to understand the ins and outs of the buyer's journey more. Additionally, I was responsible for New Client Onboarding to ensure that all wholesale orders went out quickly and efficiently. At Toadfish, I was the project lead on implementing two additional brands into our CRM platform, Gladly. Some of my previous experiences were more marketing-focused! I was a Digital Marketing intern at Nice Commerce, where I furthered my understanding of engaging users using social platforms, Google Ads, and SEO.
