While gaining versatile exposure from a range of industries fromgovernment to private sector to non-profit, I've since commanded a series of pivotal roles withinthe cybersecurity and tech landscape for over a decade. My journey upwards through the ranks to Senior Leadership, including Director, serving as CISO, is a testament to my passion as a cultural change-agent. I hold CISSP & CISM certs, and my leadership is infused with empathy and insight.Having experienced the emotional grit, stress, burnout and Lessons Learned associated with losing myhumanity in cyber, I discovered a gap within the demanding Tech industry - an absence of relatable,holistic support for people in these roles that wish to navigate their inner quest for transformation,accelerated growth, conscious healing, heightened emotional intelligence and life fulfillment.My goal is to provide a safe haven for those seeking to expand in confidence, safety, trust, full-bodiedexpression and purpose … in a digital world overshadowed by external validation, guilt, shame, fear andhistorically-toxic systems.
