• Strategically plans and executes multiple events per week, including site selection, RFP development, budgeting, logistics planning, and detailed reconciliations while ensuring seamless on-site execution for a number of internal stakeholders and clients nation-wide. •Consistently delivers innovative and creative “out-of-the-box” event ideas to firm clients resulting in higher attendance and outstanding client and guest feedback differentiating the firm from other industry events. •Assists both internal and external clients to determine parameters, procedures and deliverables for an event as well as coordinating list management, complex rooming list for larger scale conferences and communications pertaining to the event. •Maintains visible role within firm stakeholders, as well to outside parties including clients, suppliers and other industry professionals and representing the firm in the most positive light.
