* Responsible for the Technology Program for the entire school district. * Work closely with Network Technicians to provide end-to-end support and maintenance for 11 different sites and 30 Microsoft Servers. * Successful at managing the budget averaging over $150,000 per year. * Responsible for specifications, sourcing, and procurement of computer hardware/software for the district. * Successfully implemented new Student Management Information System, enterprise-level virus protection (Symantec Endpoint Protection), and automated, central administration of workstations using Altiris Deployment Solution for imaging, rapid installation, remote management, etc.* Also experienced with APC Enterprise Power Management, Veritas/Symantec backup, Barracuda Spam Filtering Appliance, Microsoft Apps, Microsoft Exchange, Time Synchronization Services, Cisco PIX 515E and web-based help desk software (WonderDesk).
