My name is Shannon Kirkpatrick. I am a junior at the University of New Hampshire studying health management and policy, where I expect to graduate in May 2026. I spent a semester studying in Florence, Italy, where I engaged with people from diverse cultures and learned how to adapt quickly to new environments. My experience in the restaurant industry as both a server and food runner has honed my ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while prioritizing customer satisfaction. I've had the opportunity to train new employees, creating a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere. I do not have any prior experience in healthcare but am striving to obtain an internship for summer 2025 and hope to experience as much of the field as possible.
