CurrentFocused on (1) assessing GTM motions with clients at large, technology companies across sales, marketing, and customer success to shift sales, product, and positioning motions to support revenue growth (2) internally running sales campaigns in support of Song Commerce's product areas (currently focused on GenAI) and (3) building account and deal origination for opportunities ranging from $1M-$12MAccomplishments below:*Run the GenAI sales Campaign for Song Commerce, ensuring pipeline management, internal marketing and alignment to other Commerce practitioners about partnerships, tools and successful GenAI projects* Cultivate C-level buy-in for enterprise-wide changes needed to overhaul sales and product process and offerings required for company transformations impacting ~$400M in sales * Own future state transformation solutions for multiple go-to-market organizations spanning sales, marketing, and customer success in tech companies. Impacts include: (1) Reduction in sales cycle time by 15% through time-saving efficiencies (2) 10% increase in Average ARR by opening new routes to market and simplifying product offerings (3) Re-enablement of sellers from selling single product lines to cultivating cross-sell, up-sell opportunities*Define B2B Sales Practice area involving content creation, thought leadership, campaign ownership, pipeline management, SteerCo management, and activation. Six months of development leading to >$900M pipeline globally*Create thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with senior clients for $1T+ tech firms, globally; accounting for >$25M in deal opportunities in FY22*Lead teams in strategic design and implementation of Sales strategies from new sales methodologies, to process and tools at clients
