As a self-employed jewellery designer, I made unique custom jewelry using precious and semiprecious stones. I reworked vintage and existing pieces to create new one of a kind pieces. My duties included, but we're not limited to holding consultations with commissioning clients;discuss a client's range of options and formulate original ideas;sketch out ideas to help the client visualise the finished design.Promoting and developing my business in order to succeed as a independant designer. As the Director of Recruiting, I oversee all talent acquisition operations in the company.
