Currently, I am employed with Somerset Acadamy in Las Vegas, Nevada as an Instructional Aid. This year will be my second year of education. In the beginning, I had the pleasure of working with the SPED department satisfying the push in minutes for students with this accommodation on their IEPs. My new-found purpose was confirmed when I transferred to another elementary school in the area. In this new position, I moved into a more traditional aid position, but with more responsibility. As the 3rd grade aid, I found myself as a facilitator for students needing reading intervention. This year I am working with k-4 grade students in a small group setting. This work I am doing with struggling students has made my heart full, and get excited every morning to come to work and teach students to value education and pick them up when they fall.

Temporary position through Link Technology. 3 month position due to department reorganization and budget cuts.Multimedia Technology at MGM Resorts International is a department that oversees the creation of multimedia signage and displays found in and around all casino properties under the corporate umbrella. This position supported Project Managers on administrative tasks such as; processing quotes, obtaining purchase orders, tracking of purchased equipment, coordination of equipment to jobsite, problem solving change orders, and any other administrative tasks the department needed assistance with.

Brought in on the ground floor of a new product invented to aid in the independent feeding of special needs, disabled, and persons with physical trauma. Recruited to implement new sales strategies, create an online presence, the hiring of sales representatives, research in the viability of the product, represent the company in all departments as an expert of company products, and creation and execution of conference/convention projects which brought awareness of company products to the medical professionals in the field.Additional responsibilities include; working closely with catalog and online distributors to ensure product accuracy, implementation/ management of Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central (basic knowledge) and all other reporting for the company owner, making recommendations as needed. Set up and management of financial software to create invoicing, purchase orders, billing, account management, and accounts receivable.

I have worked with Clean and Green on a few large events. Electronic Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas 2014, 2015, NV and US Open in Cincinnati, Ohio. Responsibilities included supervision of 10-15+ crews to collect trash and keep grounds clean. In Las Vegas, I supervised VIP area which included observation deck, bathrooms, restaurant and bar areas. In Cincinnati, I was assigned the clean-up of VIP deck, food court and restaurant/ food court trash.

Which included; Conflict Resolution,New Hirer processing, Billing Discrepancies Payment Processing, Data Entry, Phones, Filing, Record Keeping, Office Supply Purchasing. In 2005 our agency put in a lot of hard work resulting in COUNTRY Insurances' top agency in the Western Region.
