Currently the Chief Operating Officer for EAS, Inc. in the Tampa Bay area. Specializing in project management in the due diligence sector involving Phase I Environmental Assessments, Records Search and Risk Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, as well as other services aimed at minimizing risk during commercial real estate transactions. As of November 2021, I am a Licensed Environmental Professional (Certification #414) designated by International Society of Technical and Environmental Professionals, Inc (INSTEP)- the highest designation for LEPs indicating proficiency in the EPA’s AAI ruling and ASTM’s standard for report production. I received a Masters of Science in Planning (M.S.P.) from Florida State University with concentrations in Environmental Planning, Land Use, and Real Estate Development as well as Bachelor's of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Science from Florida State University. I am involved in my community as a commissioner for the City of St Petersburg's Community Planning and Historic Preservation Commission. Formerly, I was an active member of the City of St Petersburg Chamber of Commerce’s sustainability initiative.
