• Responsibilities include; managing the Ohio Valley Market comprised of 300 stores and a team of 40 employees. Managed a team of 40 data collectors in weekly gathering of accurate and consistent data to provide weekly.

• Promoted 16 candidates from Store Associates into Mgmt. With 1 employee currently working as Head of Store, and 3 employees working as Assistant Store Managers.

• Responsibilities Include:Managing operations, as well as, acting as a merchandising manager. I led a staff of 85 employees, which included hiring, firing, coaching, training and development. Additionally, I was.
