Responsibilities include; managing the Ohio Valley Market comprised of 300 stores and a team of 40 employees. Managed a team of 40 data collectors in weekly gathering of accurate and consistent data to provide weekly sales analysis and trend data for fortune 500 clients, (Kroger’s, Wal-Mart, Target)Additional Responsibilities:• Managing Payroll• HR – including Recruiting/LOA and Workers’ Compensation – employee evaluations• Continual training of Data Collectors• Client visits in stores• Marketing tours with key clients – P&G, Unilever, Kraft, Keebler, Kroger, Meijers, Biggs

Responsibilities include; managing a 4 million dollar budget with a total staff of 7 employees. In addition responsibilities also included clienteling with customers regarding new product as well as ensuring customer satisfaction in a high-touch environment. Additional responsibilities include logistics and replenishment of all stock/merchandise.Accomplishments•Currently 90% to Goal on the year 2006 for Sales•Created a training program for high potential employees. As a part of that development program, high potential employees were hand selected to work in my department to prepare them for promotion readiness•Promoted 16 candidates from Store Associates into Mgmt. With 1 employee currently working as Head of Store, and 3 employees working as Assistant Store Managers.

Responsibilities Include:Managing operations, as well as, acting as a merchandising manager. I led a staff of 85 employees, which included hiring, firing, coaching, training and development. Additionally, I was responsible for merchandising over 100,000 sq feet including cabinetry, plumbing. Electrical, doors, lumber And copper commodities. Accomplishments:•Partnered directly with store buyers for all previous departments. •Sole merchant in the store when traditionally there were 3 merchants for that square footage•Able to develop a lead/protégé program – to develop associates into management positions•All candidates selected for the program were promoted into mgmt. positions within the company.
