Primary Responsibilities:- Supervision of staff- Individual and Group Training- Oversee and review documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance with regulations- Track and report on weekly budget and other performance measures- Collect and compile monthly programmatic Quality Improvement data- Serve as primary contact for the department addressing questions, concerns, and issues of clients, program staff, staff and heads of other departments, as well as representatives of external companies- Provide education about the agency and program through training and marketing events- Collaborate with other members of leadership at various levels on agency-wide performance improvement initiatives
