Minik Design is my freelance gig. The business name originates from the way my last name is pronounced—German origins but not entirely sure why the family has always said it this way. I use my freelance business to add valuable experience and as a side-hustle for the work I do for friends and family outside of my full-time job. Projects have included print marketing for St. John's UCC, the Association for Reformed & Liturgical Worship, Warpzone Video Games, Laura Rammer DDS, Sheboygan POPS Concert Band, Sheboygan Jaycees, DePagter Electric, and Fox Den Interiors.

WinCraft is one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of licensed and promotional products for professional sports leagues, colleges, businesses and schools. As a lead designer in the publication department, I worked directly with corporate executives, licensing, and sales teams on concept, design and layout of catalogs, brochures, presentations, sell sheets. I designed sample products for use in publications, directed product photo shoots including assisting in photo directing live-model photo shoots, retouching and color-correcting images, and attending press checks to ensure quality and color accuracy on both web fed and sheet fed presses.

As a designer on the publication design team at WinCraft, one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of licensed and promotional products for professional sports leagues, colleges, businesses and schools, I worked closely with my art director to develop concepts and layouts for product catalogs, sales presentations, sell sheets and product samples. I assisted in directing product photo-shoots, and attended press-checks on a sheet-fed press.
