- Responsible for the design and end-to-end management of a highly available, multisite, multinational enterprise network- Leadership and management of a multidiscipline IT organization consisting of the following groups:- Network Operating Systems Group – management of workstation/server/storage hardware, software and support (Windows, Mac, Linux, SAN, virtualization….)- Infrastructure Group – management of all data center infrastructure systems including power, environmental, data/voice communications, and security- Enterprise Group – management of all financial systems including Oracle- Business Intelligence Group – responsible for delivering insight, analysis, and reporting utilizing tools in Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, Reporting Services, Analysis Services…)- Application Development Group – responsible for developing custom applications and enhancements leveraging .NET tools and technology- Creation and management of IT budgets in alignment with short term and long term business goals - Business Continuity planning including remote replication and failover between data centers- Creation of IT processes and policies to facilitate Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for IT General Controls audits- Oversight and management of integration between media buying, studio management and financial systems (Oracle)- Design and complete migration of server and directory services infrastructure, messaging systems and collaboration/project management systems- Development of a custom integrated time entry system using .NET technology- Integration of financial systems data with business intelligence tools for purposes of automated reporting- Implementation of unified messaging and VOIP technologies__________________________________________________________________________
