Partnered with CEO, Sales and Marketing Teams to develop global growth strategy and direct to consumer sales.

Hired to relaunch Jay Strongwater, I created a sourcing network in Europe and Asia, and partnered with teams in Rhode Island and upstate New York to create two domestic manufacturing facilities. I hired and developed the design and product development team.
