Shannon has experience with a variety of organisation sizes and can relate to all levels within an organisation.In his previous role, he was responsible for the ICT systems and infrastructure for one of Australia’s largest financial services company, in 12 worldwide locations. The infrastructure supported 4,500 associated clients and their teams.Now in his role of CEO at onPlatinum ICT he is responsible for engineering of the cloud infrastructure and creating workable solutions for our clients. He works closely with the sales, service, provisioning and operations teams with a keen eye over all areas of the business.Shannon is passionate about IT Governance & Risk Management which ensures a seamless experience for customers of onPlatinum ICT. Shannon’s professional qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology, Project and Services Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library.

Having worked with Professional Investment Services Group of Companies since 1998, Shannon is responsible for providing strategic direction and alignment of the Group's Information Technology and Communications (ITC) strategy.Shannon leads a knowledgeable team who are responsible for the operations of all ITC ranging from the mission critical server and network infrastructure, through to the global network of workstations and IP telephony systems.Shannon is also responsible for the delivery and management of the various business systems and practice management software for the Group's network of financial advisers.As a senior member of the management team, Shannon has a strong focus on Disaster Recovery Planning, Information Technology Governance and Security.
