Hi, I'm Shannon. I'm a Product / Design Director leading teams in creating user-centric products and experiences. My background in art and design gives me a foundational perspective in communicating with diverse audiences to ultimately drive productive design strategy. I have worked with many configurations of teams—agency-side, 0→1 startups, in-house, staff aug / dedicated teams, teams that sprint, teams that self-organize—and it's taught me how to adapt, foster collaboration, and leverage the strengths of each structure to achieve the team's shared objectives.I am always learning.
