The progressive nature of the program also helped new employees build confidence and develop more sustainable relationships with their co-workers. The program itself required the input and leadership of both Operations and People & Culture teams. The direct impact is a reduction in turnover, consistency in performance, and clearer communication. The indirect impact was bridging a gap between People & Culture and Operations; the training program allowed each department to understand the needs of the other and come together to create the desired outcome.
