I have over 20 years in Residential Real Estate, working with the Nations Largest Builders to privately held builders. Most of my tenure has been in a Vice President role for Sales and Marketing. My passion for the industry is the ever changing day to day market challenges and the opportunity to create an environment for my teams to exceed their individual goals, by coaching, training and working side by side with each one of them to get to know their personal motivation to help guide them to be their very best at what they do. I have helped companies grow year over year with great integrity and value to not only the external team but to the internal team. I’m proud of my success and I am looking to help and motivate any one who feels complacent, burnt out or just overwhelmed with our ever changing industry. I thrive in a high fast paced environment filled with personal growth for myself and my team. I live by “if they fail, I have failed”mentality. I’m intrigued by finding out a person’s “why” and what makes them want success no matter their reason, I can and will help them achieve their “why” in life, if they are willing to trust my processes and all the work that it entails.
