    During my six years as the Events Manager for Swimming NSW, my main priority was managing the yearly Summer and Winter Championships meet schedules, as well as the 3 yearly disability (MC) meets and their annual MC Championships and everything in between. My day to day schedule consisted of setting up the online entry system; running the Hytek sporting software used for managing entries, from building event shells through to processing entries and creating programs, start lists, timelines and all other relevant documentation required; liaising with sporting venues to host these events, organising venue specifics, catering needs, BDRs, pool deck set up; assisting stakeholders with their entries and results, as well as club and area support for their meet setup and system training. Creating and updating user manuals, event procedures and policies; creating, maintaining and publishing relevant almanacs and other meet specific documentation; building and managing the online event calendar and meet info web pages; managing staff rosters to cover all event shifts; and overseeing all other aspects involved with running these events.
