Through identifying customer needs, the role supported our partners in adopting Expedia products and services to grow mutual revenue share. Key responsibilities alongside the leadership of the direct team included identifying customer and partner needs and recommending products and services, influence and negotiation, driving market share, exceeding revenue growth targets, creating and delivering strategic sales plans for the region, industry and stakeholder engagement, competitive analysis and benchmarking, performance management and feedback, coaching, mentoring, succession planning and recruitment of new talent, alongside utilizing technology such as Salesforce, Tableau, Seismic and the Microsoft suite of products.
