Responsible for coordinating Director Level Recruiting for Tenet Nationwide. • I partner with key stake holders at each of our facilities and focus on the areas of: Rehab Services, Patient Experience, Finance, Security, Sleep Lab, Infection Prevention, Chaplaincy, Respiratory, Imaging, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Graduate Medical Education, Volunteer Services, Medical Staff, Materials Management, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Foodservice and Corporate placements. • Review, interpret and understand open positions across Tenet by working closely with facility Executive Teams/Directors/HR and our corporate office.• Recruit potential candidates for current and future positions via Taleo, LinkedIn and various Healthcare associations• Arrange interviews and travel for candidates in various stages of the recruitment process • Develop and build relationships with Department Managers, Director, Human Resource Business Partners and Candidates throughout the recruitment process• Extend offers of employment and complete necessary hiring paperwork for new employees• Assist with training responsibilities for our recruiting team and our facilities on Selecting Talent and Best Practices within Taleo.• Perform other duties and committee task as assigned
