Increase visibility and knowledge of Girl Scouts at school. Assist with distribution and posting of recruitment events on school and community social media sites. Create and facilitate school-wide Girl Scout programs.Brownie Level Consultant, January 2018-September 2020Provide support to new and returning leaders for their designated level. Suggest program ideas and resources, inform the SU Team of troop needs, accomplishments, activities, and problems. Help leaders network with others in the service unit.

Meet with Girl Scouts (GSs) on a regular basis and facilitate the GS-Led experience in troop government, activities, troop affairs, troop badge work, troop trips, and all other troop activities. Provide guidance and direction for GSs through a Gradual Release of Responsibility Model over the course of 13 years of the GS experience to facilitate a truly GS-Led experience. Communicate with GS parents and work to promote their support of GS development and GS-Led activities. Support Higher Awards work.
