• UWT's Vice President of Member Relations is responsible for implementing and coordinating membership engagement and fostering the Texas United Way network. This role:
• Provides strategic consultation to local United Ways in Texas, including developing programs and services to meet the needs of the network and the communities they serve
• Develops leadership development content and conducts capacity-building trainings, facilitated sessions, and workshops
• Oversees short-term and long-term membership development and engagement strategy and planning for local leaders
• Serves as the contact point for all member requests, and as a liaison between national and state partners and UWT
• Develops, manages, and evaluates strategic initiatives and programs that advance UWT's collaborative approach

• Responsibilities as Director of Member Services:
• Manage UWT member service requests and technical assistance
• Manage external and internal communications for UWT including but not limited to social media, e-newsletters, op-eds, annual reports, and website maintenance
• Support public policy efforts
• Manage grants/contracts related to education, income and health and other relevant United Way focus areas
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local United Way staff as well as other working groups, state-level partners, business and relevant persons in the health and human services industry

• In this role, responsible for:
• Build and maintain relationships with constituent, departmental alumni, and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement communication strategy and content
• Plan and coordinate events
• Participate in donor recognition, cultivation, and stewardship

• Responsibilities of this role include:
• Develop, implement, and lead a successful and integrated donor relations program that strategically targets all levels of giving
• Ensure donors are acknowledged and recognized to strengthen their financial support
• .Oversee and direct the development and implementation of strategic communications in multiple mediums
• Create innovative programs, events, and projects to thank and steward donors
• Ensure external reporting to donors on endowments
