Project management includes revising and writing protocol in partnership with the NIH, development and implementation of an EHR-embedded clinical decision support tool, testing and prototyping the tool, recruiting practices, pre-award and post-award finance and sub award contracts, budgeting and expense tracking, practice and clinician incentive planning and executing, caregiver and clinician participant survey development and execution within REDCap, multiple caregiver incentives, study-specific website development, informatics and data coordinating center planning, and central and site IRB submissions.
