Shannon is an experienced manager in the Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services practice of Ernst & Young. She mainly focuses on providing regulatory compliance related services to mid-to-large sized financial services firms. In addition, she has AML experience in the areas of AML Compliance, OFAC regulations, SAR quality, EDD, CDD, and KYC.

Shannon is the Operations, Talent, Communications, Finance (OTCF) Manager focused on Strategy and Operations for the Americas Innovation Business Unit.

Shannon was the Executive Director of TAF. She provided vision and direction for the organization while also managing operations. Shannon also supervised and mentored the Directors (i.e. conference director, marketing and communications director, membership director, finance and fundraising director, external affairs director, medical director, and administration director); the conference staff (i.e. transportation director and program directors); and represented the organization in the Taiwanese American community.

Shannon oversaw all operational aspects of TAF's summer conference strategy and she helped set strategic goals and was responsible for the flow of operations information to the Executive Director and the Board.

Shannon was the Program Director of the Juniors and Sprouts Programs at TAF. She spearheaded the split of the Juniors Program and subsequently founded the Sprouts Program. She was in charge of the operations for the Juniors and Sprouts program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.

Shannon mainly focused on mentoring children between ages 5 through 12 at TAF. She helped foster personal growth and develop servant leaders as well as building strong cultural and social ties within the Taiwanese American community.
