What does a business owner know about project management? I’ve been doing project management of some sort for most of my career. As a business owner I’ve worn many hats. I’m confronted daily with operational challenges. From OPENING THREE RESTAURANTS ON SCHEDULE and managing the renovations of two others with little perceptible disruption to customers, I’ve been exposed to numerous problems on projects and still delivered on time every time.My experience as a business owner has enhanced my natural adaptability and made me a more innovative problem solver.
