I am an outgoing, genuine person, who loves to work at a job she loves. I'm organized, have strong attention to detail, and am always interested in learning how to be better at whatever I am doing. My personal traits drove me towards my degree in Speech Communication and Psychology. I care about creating and maintaining strong personal and work relationships, and know that clear communication is a must. While I enjoy writing and speaking, I know that data drives business and know how to use data, spreadsheets, and numbers to tell a compelling story. I have had many fulfilling roles in advertising sales, media planning, materials and procedure development and training (at individual/personalized and group/corporate levels), social services, and multiple positions at non-profits where I have performed all these duties and more. I have taken on new roles and contract positions at multiple companies and have created programs, processes and procedures that have improved those workplaces immensely. I enjoy problem-solving and thinking "outside the box." Just because "we've always done it this way" doesn't mean it's the "best" way, or the right way for where we are now.
