Hired, developed, and led a 4-person team to oversee daily operations and drive the growth strategy for the Select Advisor Group. Influenced a high-performing team across multiple functions, fostering communication and accountability, and gained senior leadership's confidence through transparent reporting and goal alignment. Partnered with the business head, and consulted with senior leadership, including the CEO of Chase Wealth Management, to develop and implement strategic planning, targeting growth to 800+ financial advisors within 3 to 5 years.- Spearheaded transformation of the Select Advisor Group, establishing governance, strategic plans, and a real estate strategy, resulting in a growth from ~30 to ~200 financial advisors responsible for $50B in AUS, and generating $300M in annual revenue within 2 years.- Developed a comprehensive communication strategy for 1000s of stakeholders, including 4,000 financial advisors, 100s of market directors, ~40 regional directors, 3 divisional directors, and numerous bank partners and their leadership teams. This strategy increased transparency and alignment, with regular updates and meetings resulting in a higher opt-in rate from financial advisors, benefiting their careers and client relationships.- Streamlined onboarding for financial advisors by creating a quarterly, advisor-led system via SharePoint, replacing a cumbersome annual process. This innovation improved efficiency, advisor satisfaction, and team operations.

Led a top firm initiative to expand Chase's nationwide presence, managing a team of 4 to open 400+ branches in 25 new states. Partnered with business lines to deliver comprehensive resources to clients. Advised senior leadership on hiring requirements, coverage models, and budget management through capacity modeling and financial oversight.- Developed a comprehensive playbook for entering new markets and opening Chase branches, collaborating with HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Technology, and Corporate Responsibility teams. Established a repeatable process for setting up training sites in new markets, ensuring compliance and operational standards, which facilitated a consistent and controlled expansion strategy.- Defined and structured new geographical territories for Chase’s expanding branch network, determining market and regional coverage, and hiring needs for market and regional directors. Developed and presented proposals in partnership with senior field leadership, minimizing disruption to branch teams, and securing approvals from finance and divisional directors.- Collaborated with the head of community development to launch branches in low-to-moderate income neighborhoods, hiring and onboarding 5 community managers to provide financial health education and address local needs. Conducted market research to propose branch locations and presented the business case to senior leadership for final approval. Led DEI initiatives, including “Journey to Inclusive Teams” training sessions and a senior-level review of diversity metrics.

- Established a centralized operations utility for high-quality client reference data, growing the team to 400+ in 2 years. Required frequent travel to India to define the operating model, onboard, and train new team members.- Led the creation of the Firmwide Data Management Portfolio Management Office, driving consistency across project management teams for ~150 stakeholders, and overseeing the portfolio of projects through dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and financial analysis.
