Roles & Responsibilities :- Manage portfolio of international and local clients (Beauty / F&B / Healthcare / MCST / Marketing / Retail / Trading industries).- Manage full set of client accounts (General Ledger/ Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Bank Reconciliation / Fixed Assets/ Interco reconciliation / Audit Schedules / Cash flow / Annual Budget).- Compilation of unaudited financial statements. - GST registration, cancellation and submission.- Manage and supervise the junior staff.- Monthly management reports.- XBRL filing.- Involve in payroll, cpf submission, IR8A, administration and investment of of fixed deposit.- Handle allocated client base.

Roles & Responsibilities : - Manage full set of accounts for 1 main company and 7 dormant companies (General Ledger / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Bank Reconciliation / Fixed Assets).- Monthly closing process (Journal entries / Inter-company entries / Audit schedules / Fixed assets schedules / Prepayment schedules).- Compilation of unaudited financial statements.- GST submission.- Involve in credit card dispute and chargeback cases from customer.- Monitor company cash flow and budgeting.- Involve in annual / interim audit and stock take.- Involve in internal weekly cash float checking.- XBRL filing.- Prepare annual gross sales turnover analysis report.- Liaise with company corporate secretary, auditors (internal and external), government agencies, tax agent and other related parties.
