The role and responsibilities at Airtrade Travel and Leisure was to received Inbound calls from US customers, made online ticket reservation for various destination according to customer needs, did send quotations for exchanging existing reservations and handled Airline schedule change and contacted different airlines via phone or emails.

My role and responsibilities was to write contents, articles, subtitles and the titles as per the Adith client's requirement and did proofreading job for translated documents from various foreign languages.
