Lead a local chapter of an international organization with goals of maintaining high morale, growing through strategic recruitment, and maintaining balance of priorities. To establish Ohio Epsilon as a premier Phi Delta Theta chapter in areas of Community Service, Philanthropy, and Scholarship. To foster growth in relationships between other Greek organizations on the Akron campus and Phi Delta Theta chapters around the country.

- Prevent and manage all risks involving the fraternity and its members.- Plan and Ensure safety at any events, programs, and socials involving the fraternity.

- Attend bi-weekly meeting with all other campus fraternities.- Represent my fraternity and give updates happening internally for our fraternity.

- Administer and measure all financial assets of the organization.- Contribute to our organization's executive board and plan events.

- Maintain and establish an environment of educational, social, cultural, personal, and professional development of residents.- Organize programs in order to create bonds and community between the floor and building.- Document Incidents and reports when necessary.

- Prepared course by mowing greens, approaches, and tee boxes, depth checking bunkers, trimming edges and trees. - Ensure immaculate playing conditions by fixing major and minor issues with both turf grass and hazards.

- Notify the office faculty of student's arrival for appointments.- Develop materials for a variety of programs within the College of Business.- Assist in setup of events for both the Institute for Leadership Advancement and the College of Business.
