I started with Spencer's by working at their brick-and-mortar locations in Cumberland Mall and Hamilton Mall. Within 2 years I was promoted from a Sales Supervisor to Assistant Manager. From the store level, I was brought into the Home Office as a Guest Services Associate.During my time in Guest Service, I became adept in resolving Guest related issues allowing me to be promoted to Team Lead and later Supervisor of the department. I was entrusted with hiring and training our temporary associates for the holiday seasons and developing the Dr. Zombie program. From Guest Services I moved into the Spirit Operations department as an operations manager, where I am responsible for communications to our Field team.
