I am a driven leader who enjoys pushing the limits and finding new ways to improve performance and create positive outcomes for both my team and residents.As an individual with a background in creativity, I have been able to incorporate this skill set into my left-brain focused career, where I take pleasure in developing processes and procedures to improve the performance of my team. I am motivated to find innovative ways to enhance the operations of businesses and promote a thriving environment for my teams. As a leader, I strongly believe in growth and development through teamwork. My approach is to explore different products within the industry to increase efficiency and create a better living and working experience for all. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Southern Mississippi, I have worked for an advertising firm before venturing into the multifamily property management business in 2006. My experience includes being a Property Manager and a Director of Operations, managing over 2,600 units across 19 condominium and apartment properties. Currently, I serve as a Director of Property Management, overseeing 22 properties with 7,059 units throughout Florida. As an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA), I serve on the Board of Directors for BAAA and co-chair the Career Development Committee. My involvement in these organizations keeps me informed on industry trends and provides me with opportunities to improve the multifamily industry.
