My team of 5 project managers/coordinators worked directly with business resources to split a billion dollar company in just 4 months! At the same time, we transitioned both companies from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday. Now that the companies are separated, my team is focused on transitioning Tribune Publishing’s Financial ERP to Oracle E Business Suite (EBS R12).
