As the Associate Partner and Vice President for the central region of the USA, I am responsible for Global Conductor's client engagement and project delivery in the area. In addition to my other duties, I am on assignment at Toyota as part of the SAP financials rollout. Our team is supporting the business to transition from an aging PeopleSoft platform to SAP. This change will impact 22,000 employees at Toyota.

Over the year I worked for NTT I was on an assignment at Toyota North America in Plano, Texas; where I assisted Toyota in consolidating North American legal entities and redefining the North American organization structure within Workday. I spent a good amount of my time engaging with HR and technology management to define future state solutions. Additionally, I managed an implementation partner in the delivery of an updated Workday HCM system to support Toyota's strategic HR goals.

As the Technology Portfolio Manager for Finance, HR, and corporate applications, I directed project teams in the separation of Tribune's Financial and HR systems in preparation for the spinoff of the publishing business. My team of 5 project managers/coordinators worked directly with business resources to split a billion dollar company in just 4 months! At the same time, we transitioned both companies from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday. Now that the companies are separated, my team is focused on transitioning Tribune Publishing’s Financial ERP to Oracle E Business Suite (EBS R12). At the same time my team is stabilizing Workday as Tribune Publishing’s Human Capital Management system.

As the User Experience Portfolio Manager, I am responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of mobile, and consumer facing web projects, while managing and mentoring project managers. To accomplish these goals, I partner with other technology and business leaders.

I am a Sr. Project Manager at CNA in Chicago focusing on financial systems. I have recently finished working with our European affiliate to implement PeopleSoft financials and human capital management (HCM/HR).
