I love sharing knowledge with people. I love being an instructor and I am a very good technical instructor.Because I enjoy every class that I delivered. And I have great patience with my audiences and listen to everyone of them to make them feel comfortable to learn new things.(Also I think it's because I was born in a family of teachers.)I have 5 years of experience in technical training of RPA and BI.- Instructor-led classroom training and online training to end-user customers and partners.- Instructor-led class up to 30 people, online training up to 120 people.- Hands-on sessions to support the sales activities.- Train the trainer program to develop more instructors.- Startup and skill up training to internal employees.- Create and delivery customized training based on customers’ business and environment.- localize the training materials.- Grading and other support for product certifications.My strength is- Strong learning skills.
